Refund Policy

CodeCanyos sells digital products that are prepared for delivery after payment review. We add the download link before marking the order complete, so refunds are limited and reviewed case-by-case.

Eligible refund situations

A refund or account credit may be considered if we cannot provide the purchased file, the wrong file is delivered, a duplicate payment is confirmed, or our team cannot resolve a download-access issue within a reasonable time.

Non-refundable situations

Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, lack of official license keys, lack of original vendor support, incompatibility with a customer environment, failure to read product notes, or successful access to the purchased download.

Submit your order number, product name, issue description, screenshots if relevant, and the steps already tried through the Contact page.
